SHIPPING&RETURNS

SHIPPING POLICY

All orders are prepared within 48-72  hours starting from the order confirmation date on our system. This may vary during national holidays, sales or special promotions. If you think your order is delayed, you can contact us. In any other case, the buyer is informed via email about the new delivery date. The order is usually delivered to the buyer within an average of 3 business days.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY

You can return the products you have purchased or request a replacement with another product after receiving them, within 14 days. In order to start the return and exchange process, you can share your name, order number and the reason for return / exchange by sending an e-mail to info@jupdesign.com.

In any case, the products that will be exchanged or returned must be in its original conditions and show no evident signs of being used, or else no exchange or return will be carried out. It is your responsibility to make sure the product is in its original package and to make sure that the items arrive to us in perfect conditions. 

 

In terms of returns, you will only have to ship the item you want to return to the address we provide, and the shipping costs are at the buyer’s expense. Jup Design won’t be held responsible for any misplaced packages, and it will be the client’s responsibility to make sure the package arrives to us in perfect conditions.

After the package arrives to us, you will receive a confirmation email, informing you that the amount, if deemed appropriate, will be sent to your account. The amount of time the refund is credited to your account may differ depending on the bank you work with.
